At Modern Med Threads, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• There is a printing defect

• You received the wrong item

How to request a replacement or refund:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

Processing time:
Once approved, replacements or refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Items ordered in the incorrect size

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Sale or promotional items
